This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Elite Billiards. Elite Billiards is a brand operated by SA Stores LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


2. Order Processing Times

Orders for accessories and in‑stock items typically ship within 3–7 business days.

Custom or made‑to‑order billiards tables may require 4–10 weeks for production before shipment. Production timelines vary by manufacturer and workload.

We will notify you if extended delays occur.


3. Shipping Methods

A. Standard Parcel Shipping

Smaller items (accessories, parts, etc.) ship via standard parcel carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

B. Freight Shipping for Large Items

Billiards tables and oversized items ship via LTL freight carriers. Freight delivery includes:

  • Curbside delivery
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Palletized or crated shipment

Inside delivery, stairs, and installation are not included unless arranged separately.


4. Freight Delivery Process

Once your order ships:

  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • You must be present at the scheduled time.
  • The driver will deliver the crate to the curb or driveway.
  • You are responsible for moving the item inside and arranging installation.

If the carrier cannot reach you or access the delivery location, redelivery fees may apply.


5. Freight Inspection Requirements (Important)

You must inspect your freight shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

Please:

  • Examine all sides of the crate or pallet
  • Take photos of any damage
  • Note visible damage on the delivery receipt
  • Refuse delivery if the product is severely damaged
  • Contact us within 48 hours with photos and details

Failure to document damage at delivery may limit your ability to file a claim.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product and location. Freight shipping fees are displayed at checkout unless otherwise noted.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Remote or hard‑to‑access locations
  • Redelivery
  • Inside delivery or installation
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

7. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and freight scheduling may affect delivery times.

Elite Billiards and SA Stores LLC are not responsible for delays caused by third‑party carriers.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in:

  • Delivery delays
  • Additional carrier fees
  • Order cancellation

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

For parcel shipments, once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Elite Billiards is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers should contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


10. International Shipping

At this time, Elite Billiards ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.


11. Returns & Exchanges

Returns must follow the procedures outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. Freight return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Custom and made‑to‑order items are final sale.
