1. Overview

This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and damage claims are handled by Elite Billiards. Elite Billiards is a brand operated by SA Stores LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Return Window:

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. All return requests must be submitted within this 30‑day window. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Restocking Fee:

All approved non‑defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing. Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.

Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of many of our products, returns are limited.

Eligible for Return (with approval):

  • Incorrect items
  • Defective items
  • Items damaged during shipping (must follow inspection rules)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom or made‑to‑order billiards tables
  • Products that have been assembled, installed, or used
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items reported damaged after the required reporting window

3. Damage Reporting Requirements (Freight Shipments)

For billiards tables and other freight‑shipped items, you must:

  1. Inspect the shipment before signing the delivery receipt
  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt
  3. Take photos of the crate, packaging, and product
  4. Report damage to us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to follow these steps may limit or void your eligibility for a replacement or refund, as freight carriers require documented proof.


4. Return Process

To request a return, email support@shopelitebilliards.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the issue
  • A description of the problem

If approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Label:

For eligible returns, Elite Billiards provides a pre‑paid return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Customers are responsible only for properly packaging the item for safe transport.

Important:

  • Unauthorized returns will be refused
  • Returns must be shipped using the method we specify
  • Freight return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective

5. Refunds

Refund Processing Time:

Once a returned item is received and approved, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Restocking Fee:

Returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect shipment will incur a 25% restocking fee, deducted from the final refund.

Refunds are issued only after:

  • The returned item is received
  • The item is inspected
  • The return is approved

If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or card issuer.

Non‑Refundable Items:

  • Custom or made‑to‑order tables
  • Shipping and freight charges
  • Installation or service fees
  • Products damaged due to improper assembly or misuse

6. Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours:

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 Hours:

If production or processing has begun, cancellations may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

Custom or Made‑to‑Order Items:

These items are non‑cancelable once production has started.


7. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new purchase. Exchanges are only approved for defective or incorrect items.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

For parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS), once a package is marked as delivered, Elite Billiards is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Customers must file a claim with the carrier.


9. Freight Redelivery Fees

If the freight carrier cannot reach you or access the delivery location, redelivery fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


10. Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom billiards tables
  • Made‑to‑order products
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Any product marked “Final Sale”
